How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping on US orders is $29, and complimentary from $750. Orders ship from our partner boutiques in Europe in 8–15 business days; US import duties and taxes are not included at checkout and, where they apply, are collected by the carrier on delivery.

Are pieces authentic?
Yes. Sourced through a verified luxury wholesale partner. Authenticity documentation included with every order. Every piece is new with tags and authenticated by our wholesale partner before dispatch.

What is your return policy?
Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. To start a return, email admin@ceviennerow.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item, and original shipping charges are non-refundable.

How do sizes run?
Most pieces use Italian sizing: IT38 is about a US 2, IT40 a US 4, IT42 a US 6, IT44 a US 8, and IT46 a US 10. See our Size Guide.
