Returns are accepted within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, with tags attached, and in original packaging. To start a return, email admin@ceviennerow.com with your order number. Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Original shipping charges are non-refundable. If an item arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, email admin@ceviennerow.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
